- Act as a professional trustee in new and existing trust structures
- Provide independent trust services to private individuals and professional trustees
- Act as independent trustee where differences between trustees and/or beneficiaries adversely affect the management of the trust
- Review your existing trust structure to ensure that it meets the needs of your family
- Independence allows us the freedom to work with our client’s advisors and managers with flexibility while providing objective specialist guidance and services
- Provide trust consultancy services to professional trustees
- Provide trustee services in relation to Buy/Sell Agreements and insurance policies
- Provide excellent, confidential service, ensuring a client’s structure is robust and effective
- Services will include managing trust structures set up for wealth preservation, family succession planning, investment holding and business administration
- We work with our own trust structures or those created for clients by their professional advisors
- We do not provide legal or accountancy advice, nor investment management services
