Rebecca Lindo LL.B
Rebecca grew up in Christchurch and qualified in law at the University of Canterbury, after which she lived and worked in Guernsey, Channel Islands. There she specialised in the establishment and administration of offshore trusts, companies and asset protection strategies utilising various jurisdictions. During that time she also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Rebecca then spent nine years in the Bay Area of California where she was a trust specialist in a private bank, dealing with personal family trusts, conservatorships, probates and succession planning.
Rebecca is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
Deirdre Morris LL.B Hons
Barrister and solicitor experienced in public and private sector legal advice. Strong experience in private client advice in the commercial, trust, tax and property arenas as a former partner and consultant in a commercial law firm in Christchurch and then as an associate leading the Christchurch office of a national specialist trust and taxation firm.
Deirdre is an experienced presenter to professional bodies in Australia and New Zealand regarding the use of trusts and commercial and taxation issues. She has extensive experience in the public sector managing prosecutions and major litigation as senior legal counsel for the Commerce Commission and as chair of various decision making bodies for the Real Estate Agents Authority since its inception in 2009.
